B23 Stainless - Mobile cleaning of vehicle's brake and motor parts

The new B23 STAINLESS brake and parts washer is the newest offering destined for use in the auto transportation segment used by garages, car dealers, black industry and production facilities where oily, greasy and dusty parts need to be cleaned.

The B23 STAINLESS brake and parts washer is using warm water with detergent under low pressure for the cleaning of brakes, clutches and small parts. This enables the user to work without the risk of breathing hazardous dust. Once filled with water and a detergent mix and filled with compressed air, the built-in heating element of 2000 W will pre-heat the contents of the 23 l stainless steel tank to a temperature from 15ºC to 85ºC. Compressed air is pumped into the tank until a pressure of 6 bar is reached. A light will indicate when the thermostat of 2000 W has reached the desired temperature after which the brake and parts washer can be unplugged from the power supply moved around and is ready for use. The stainless tank is heavily insulated and will keep the water warm for hours allowing the user to make up from 10 to 20 different cleaning tasks in one filling.

The tray can be turned horizontally and the height adjusted from 460 to 1190 mm above floor level. This means that the brake washer is suitable for lorries as well as cars.
